About Gail Wolin Stevens

Founder | CEO | Owner

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan during the height of the American Automobile Industry, Gail Wolin Stevens has extensive knowledge, experience, and skills in both the Business and General Communities, private and nonprofit/public sectors. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family in which her parents were business-owners and community leaders, especially her mother. Her mother had great strategic impact upon her, and family, business, community engagement, collaboration, strategic impact, leadership, entrepreneurism, and more were deeply instilled in her. These have remained key themes and passions in her life and career.


Gail’s extensive career in Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurism, Program/Project/Non-Profit Management has spanned over the Greater Washington, D.C., Los Angeles / Southern California, and Dallas / Collin County – Frisco-Plano regions. Learning from her parents, she has always been actively engaged in chambers of commerce and other strategic business and community organizations. Over the last 25 years, these include: Chambers of Commerce in Frisco, Plano and Dallas, Texas, as well as the Junior League of Collin County, Women’s Auxiliary – Children’s Medical Center/ Children’s Health Plano and eWomenNetwork.


In addition, Gail is actively involved in the Dallas Professional Sports Community with her husband of over 30 years, whose career has been in Radio Sports Broadcasting in Dallas and Los Angeles.


As a BA undergraduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, 

an MSW graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore,

and an MBA graduate of the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business,

Gail is a founding member of the USC Marshall Volunteer Leadership Council. 

She also is the founding Regional Representative of the USC Marshall Alumni – Dallas.

Personal Note from the Owner

Always valuing education, I earned my BA in Education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and my Master of Social Work (MSW), specializing in Social Strategy / Community Organization / Group Dynamics at the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Community Planning, Baltimore.


Mid-career, when it was difficult for women to break into business in the 1980s, I returned to graduate school to earn my MBA in Marketing at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles.


I am so excited to embark on this venture, STRATEGIC IMPACT GROUP, with a focus on 

Business & Community Collaboration.  Reaching corporate executives and companies to collaborate 

with the community to create STRATEGIC IMPACT has tremendous opportunity and potential! 

 And there are so many role models to recognize, honor and from whom to learn.
